A note to @xChanzyx & all who wonder why I leave immediately after most shows:
Some people are blessed w/ the kind of voice where they can do whatever they want & not lose it, I'm not one of them! EVERYTHING I do on tour is based around vocal rest & not getting sick. Not fun, but I'd be canceling shows left & right if I didn't stick to the regime I've developed over the years, much if it learned the hard way. Tough to stay healthy w/ constant travel & no sleep. I VERY much appreciate the people who allow me to do what I do for a living, but saying hello to everyone after every show isn't possible- the moment my set's done I have to start thinking about the next show. My responsibility to myself & the audience is to deliver a set that's the best I can do, every night. It's hard for people who aren't singers to understand sometimes, so those for whom seeing me give my all onstage isn't enough & will be terribly disappointed by not meeting me, I respectfully suggest you may not want to attend. For those who understand or at least trust my intentions, you have my undying appreciation & my humblest thanks. Hope to see you at a show soon!
Best always, n13
