@duskyblogF1 Yes the car number thing is true. In 1996, the system was changed in that the car numbers were determined by the WCC ranking.
But before that, Prost was the only driver to win with the number 2 car and he did so thrice.
But for sure, cars number 4, 6, 7, 9 etc have never won the WDC mainly because these are the numbers held by the number 2 driver such as Jenson Button.
