Perspective into Joint Association and National Councils Suggestion:
1- The short transcript that was drafted by JMP indicates that the draft is not harmonized with the principle standards:
a. the draft does not serve fair representation of revolution forces as it should be based on representation of the field revolution powers.
b. the proposal is not serious, it may be a lobbying card waiting for GCC initiative to work out, as such the transitional council may be terminated any time later.
c. The complicated description of the general association and national council may lead into obstacles that hinder decision-making, communication, and committment of partners to reach a decision, as such there is a difference between agreeing to join and implementing and committing to conditions of some partners.
d. national standards were overlooked. Quota's should not be given according to race, parties, satisfying traditional powers, or the wealthy,and it is not based on proportional list.
e. the revolution escalation tasks and projects should be identified as part of the transitional tasks because if the transitional council fails it will reflect badly on the revolution.

As such we call upon JMP to receive comments and clarify those vague points and then we will consider participation or not participating in this council.

رؤيا بشان مقترح المشترك للجمعية والمجلس الوطني مقدمة من الملتقى العام للتنظيمات الثورية:
1- النص القصير الذي خرج من المشترك يدل على ان الصيغة المقترحة تخالف معايير اساسية هي:
أ. الصيغة لا تخدم التمثيل العادل لقوى الثورة حيث يجب ان يكون التمثيل وفق القوى الميدانية صاحبة الدور البارز في الثورة
ب. مقترح الجمعية الوطنية والمجلس الوطني غير جاد وقد يكون ورقة ضغط بانتظار ان تمر المبادرة الخليجية لذلك فان المقترح قد يتوقف في منتصف الطريق.
ج. الصيغة المعقدة للجمعية العمومية والمجلس الوطني تسبب صعوبات في اليات اتخاذ القرار والاتصال والتزام الشركاء بتنفيذ القرارات لان ابداء الموافقة على الانضمام شئ وتنفيذ شروط الالتزام من طرق بعض الشركاء شي آخر.
د. تم اغفال المعايير الوطنية ولايجوز توزيع عضوية المجلس على اساس المحاصصة الطائفية او الحزبية أو استرضاء القوى التقليدية او الجاه ولاتنسجم مع مطالب القوائم النسبية.
هـ. يجب تحديد مهام المجلس ومشاريعة التصعيدية الثورية لان احتمال فشل هذا المشروع سينعكس بشكل كارثي على الثورة .

نوجه طلب الى المشترك باستقبال الملاحظات حول توضيح الغموض ومن ثم سنتخذ موقف بالمشاركة او عدم المشاركة .
