Goals:
Get BART to reconsider.
Promote peaceful protests.
Prevent a suspiciously agitated riot. (be out on the lookout for agent(s) provocateur)

Trends:
Since getting the kill switch to the Internet via hackers and hacktivists has failed, spooks are turning to the impressionable youth to destroy their credibility and promote more control.

Memes:
The need to contact loved ones during high stress is very important.
-- stress creates riots
-- stress creates panic
-- stress creates a dangerous Streisand effect that will endanger the public
 
The fact that people do not behave these
-- shows that BART is trying to distract from their failure at public safety
-- casting protestors as dangerous is a thinly veiled attempt to blame the public
 
First amendment:
-- right to peaceably assemble
-- right to petition
-- slander of protestors and the public
-- right to a free press
 
Activists know more about public safety in protests than public officials.  Do not block platforms in ways that might push people off platforms. Trains can strike persons and third rail is energized.

Redirection:
We turn anger into lulz and control into embarrassment.
