[NEWS] Korean media covers JYJ's international fans' outrage: "In the future, I will not buy Korean products"

"I'm an Egyptian JYJ fan. My entire family voted for Jeju because of JYJ. Because of JYJ, I loved Korea. When buying things from cars to electronics, I would buy Korean products. However, I am now angry that JYJ is receiving unfair treatment because of powerful forces. Now, I will only love JYJ, not Korea."

Since the sudden cancellation of JYJ's appearance on the July 20th broadcast of KBS Jeju's "New 7 Wonders" special, international fans have been actively voicing out their anger.

On various JYJ fancafes and online sites, fans from countries including Egypt, Australia, Lithuania, France, USA and more have left comments, expressing their disappointment and inability to understand KBS Jeju's actions. Especially, international fans have stated, "I had plans to visit Jeju Island, but I cancelled them." and "In the future, I will not be buying Korean products."

An American fan said, "My friend, her cousin and myself paid $250 USD to go to Korea before going to China, but with the current broadcasting system situation, we will definitely visit or tour Jeju Island anymore. It is wrong to change artists like this 4 days before the broadcast."

One international fan stated, "What kind of joke is it that JYJ is the ambassador yet can not attend the event promoting Jeju Island? KBS and Government of Jeju Island, you have shown to us that your country has no sense of righteousness and justice."

On the other hand, this controversy has gained the attention of the Swiss "New 7 Wonders" organization and was featured as an article on the organization's home page.
