PBA ROOKIE DRAFT
The Philippine Basketball Association is now accepting aspirants for the 2011 PBA Annual Draft which will be held on August 28 at Robinson’s Place Ermita.
Deadline for submission of application and requirements is on July 29(for Fil-foreign players) and August 18 (for local aspirants).
A 15-day contestability period on the eligibility of Fil-foreign players has been set from August 1-15.
After a through screening of all the applicants, the Office of the Commissioner will release the final list of candidates for the PBA Annual Draft of Aug.18
All eligible aspirants will be given the opportunity to display their skills during the four-day expanded rookie camp scheduled from Aug. 23-26. (ENDIT)
