Drake is dangling from a cliff with 4 angry rebels shooting at him. 3 of the rebels are armed with machine guns that fire 1 bullet every second. 1 of the rebels has a shotgun that fires a burst of 8 bullets every 4th second. If Drake's friend Elena uses a sniper rifle to kill a rebel every 5th second, what is the minimum number of bullets Drake will have to dodge in order to not get get hit?


Note: Because of the distance, Elena's sniper bullet will always hit the rebel after they've fired their bullets.
