Lately, when I have NO DESIRE to workout, I remind myself that my body works, I'm alive, I can breath on my own, my legs are powerful and can take me places. We take for granted sometimes the simple things our healthy bodies can do for us. Some people don't have the luxury of being able to workout. This weekend, get up and move! Do something you enjoy, do something healthy for you and celebrate you'r body...whatever shape or size it may be!!!
