#WETHEPEOPLE #Enlightenment #GRIP #TEAParty #ASAMOM #sgp #tcot #tlot #military #militia From 1650AD to 1800AD, mankind engage in a dynamic period of intellectual, philosophical, spiritual and scientific growth know as the enlightenment.

With much more primitive technology to work with, most of Europe and America through off the shackles of Tyrannous Governments of the old world that had lasted for centuries.

They did so by spreading new ideas of natural law and Natural Rights which raised the status of most people from that of subjects in the status of peasants, serfs, oafs and jesters to Citizens with inalienable Rights.

And they had to rely on books and publications made without automation, coffeehouses, debating clubs, lectures in the public square and newly formed public libraries.

These people did not have THE INTERNET, PHONES, CELL PHONES, TELEVISION NOR RADIO. Nor did they have refrigeration, reliable food supplies and concepts of decency that caused restraint in retaliation from the ruling class.

Yet some how these people became motivated and passionately demanded that their Natural Rights be recognized by the Ruling Class. They rallied their fellow citizens to their cause.

In some instances, the Government conceded the point, and implemented Natural Rights such as in England. And in those instances where the ruling class refused to recognized their Natural Rights, the General Public asserted their demands through violent revolution, such as in France.

The United States of America, which declared independence from King George of England in 1776, incorporated many of the new ideas of the enlightenment into its Constitution in 1788 and its Bill of Rights in 1791. http://www.examiner.com/independent-in-minneapolis/tea-party-planning-the-2nd-enlightenment-part-1-of-3

But somehow, in the face of overwhelming evidence that the Citizens of the United States are being stripped of their Natural Rights, the American Public seems oblivious to or willing to accept the erosion of their Rights and Liberties prescribed in the Constitution and Bill of rights emanating from Natural Law. http://www.examiner.com/independent-in-minneapolis/tooth-fairy-easter-bunny-santa-claus-pro-wresting-the-us-2-party-system-1-2

Our Property Rights have been rolled back with the Courts expansion of the Governments ability to take away our private property through eminent domain and give it to another private party. A portion of all the wealth that our Nation creates is given away to the private owners of the Federal Reserve Bank before it ever gets in the hands of WE THE PEOPLE.
And we have an income tax that is only necessary because of the "debt" nature of our currency caused by the Federal Reserve Bank.

Our Right to Free Speech has been curtailed through retaliation by the Government against those who do speak freely. Our 1st Amendment Right to Petition the Government for redress has become meaningless as our elected officials put layers of rules and bureaucracy between WE THE PEOPLE and elected officials that have the power to effect changes to address the grievances.

Our Courts interfere with our associations by making decisions on families, child support and child custody in a manner that is most financially beneficial to them.

The one thing our Government is suppose to do, provide for the common defense, they do not provide for. Our borders are not defended and virtually anyone can just walk over the border.

Our Elections are often rigged.

But somehow, many of WE THE PEOPLE as individuals are too caught up in our own lives and protecting what we have, that we are oblivious to or unwilling to confront our government for these trespasses.

Many of WE THE PEOPLE as individuals are willing to let our tyrannous gain more and more power and leave it to our children and future generations to deal with.

I appeal to your honor with the words of Thomas Paine:
"If there must be trouble, let it be in my day, that my child may have peace;"
http://www.ushistory.org/paine/crisis/c-01.htm

WE THE PEOPLE have far more advantages than the people of the enlightenment and the Founding Father's had in their revolt from England.

WE THE PEOPLE have the Internet, refrigeration and knowledge of the principles of Natural Law.

WE THE PEOPLE have a duty to leave our children and future generations with less tyranny and more freedom than currently exists in our country.

WE THE PEOPLE surround them. If we all act to demand these changes peacefully now, we may avoid violent revolution....

But if WE THE PEOPLE simply choose to be oblivious to, or fail to act assertively against, the trespasses of our Government, violent revolution will be the only course of action to free WE THE PEOPLE from the eventual strangle hold our Government will have upon us.

Finally, let me end with this quote by Samuel Adams:

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

Those were my thoughts.

Thank you for taking the time to read and reflect upon my words.
