Tre signori su un piccolo palco muovono le mani attorno a corde e manopole. I loro movimenti creano un suono che man mano riempie la sala, i portici, la strada e infine il cielo. Per una volta, via Po la vorrei così: avvolta dal suono puro. Jochen Arbeit, Paul Beauchamp e Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo sono i signori della sperimentazione che sotto le spoglie di “Soundscapes” arrivano al Blah Blah per presentare il doppio “Torino 012010”. Sono sicuro che le loro improvvisazioni sapranno sorprendervi anche se avrete trascorso la sera precedente al cospetto degli Einstürzende Neubauten. Anzi, ne saranno la continuazione.
On a small stage three gentlemen handle strings and knobs.
Their movements give life to a sound that little by little fills the room, the arcades, the street and at the end the sky. That's how I'd like “via Po” to be for a change: enshrouded in sound.
Jochen Arbeit, Paul Beauchamp and Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo are the lords of experimentation bringing their own project “Soundscapes” to Blah Blah to present the double album “Torino 012010”. I'm sure that their improvisations will take you by surprise even if you will have spent the previous night in the presence of Einstuerzende Neubauten (playing in town on the 3rd of June at Teatro Colosseo). This will be rather like a continuation.
