Number (21) defendants in the case of the terrorist organization and related to a plot to overthrow the government of the Kingdom of Bahrain by force and collaborating with a terrorist organization operating for the benefit of a foreign state to the Court of the National Safety First Instance, where the military prosecutor to form a team to investigate the case of a number of presidents and prosecutors of military have already been investigated with a number (14) defendants are:

9 - Mahdi Abdul Hadi Abdullah Hassan (Almajodhar)

10 - Free Yusuf Mohamed Alsmik

11 - Abdullah Issa guarded (guarded Mirza)

12 - Abdullah Salah al-Khawaja Hubail

13 - Mohamed Hassan Mohamed Jawad

He said the military prosecutor that the charges against this group are:

1 - the establishment and management of a terrorist group to overthrow and change the state constitution and its accession to the monarchy and in accordance with the rules (1.6) of the Act No. 58 of 2006 on the protection of society from terrorist acts.

2 - The Quest and collaborating with a terrorist organization abroad working for a foreign country in order to commit hostile acts against the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with Article (122) of the Penal Code of 1976.

3 - the heart and try to change the state constitution and rules of royal power and in accordance with Article (148) of the Penal Code of 1976.

4 - Promotion and favoring of the heart or a change of the political system in the country by force in accordance with the provisions of Article (160) of the Penal Code of 1976.

5 - collecting and giving money to the terrorist group with active terrorist exercise their knowledge and according to a text article to prohibit and combat money laundering and terrorism financing for the year 2001.

6 - the possession and score editors and publications include the promotion and favor to the heart of the political system in the country by force and illegal means in accordance with the provisions of Article (161) of the same law.

7 - insulting the military in accordance with the provisions of Article (216) of the same law.

8 - public incitement of hatred and contempt by the system in accordance with the provisions of Article (165) of the same law.

9 - spreading false rumors and malicious propaganda broadcast controversial and would cause disruption of a security and damage public interest and in accordance with the provisions of Article (168) of the same law.

10 - incitement to hate a group of people and contempt for them and in accordance with the provisions of Article (172) of the same law.

11 - incitement to not to comply with laws and improve the order is a crime according to the article

(173) of the same law.

12 - Organize and participate in the marches without notifying the competent authority in accordance with the provisions of Articles

(1.2, 3, 9.13) of the Code of meetings, processions and gatherings of the year 2006.

Stressing the military prosecutor, that the military prosecutor has to ensure all the judicial guarantees of the accused arrested in accordance with applicable law and in particular to allow them to communicate with their families and to enable their lawyers to attend hearings
