My account of the Water for Elephants London premiere:

Firstly, I have to say: hats off to the people who camped, I don't know how you did it. I got to Westfield at 6am so I only stood outside for about half an hour but I was completely frozen through by the time they let us inside. It was SO cold.

Once we were inside, there were some issues with organisation as they wanted to put us in 2 holding areas (or whatever they're called) even though there were 6 overall. Which of course meant that even some of the people who camped didn't have a front row view. You guys can imagine the amount of pushing/running once they finally opened up the other areas. It was slightly chaotic but once everyone found a place they were satisfied with, it was nice and calm again until the premiere started.

I did manage to get front row and had a great view of everything except the press line at the back. The event itself was just lovely, there was a real magical atmosphere with all the decorations and circus performers. I managed to get autographs from Rob, Reese and Christoph (in that order). Francis Lawrence hardly signed at all :(

Rob was amazing. I don't think there's even a single person who left without his autograph. There was a point where he was supposed to join Reese for photographs but Reese wasn't ready yet so he waited for like 5 seconds then turned around and went back to where he left off signing. He signed a LOT and made sure to make eye contact with everyone like always. He was kinda rushing but I got a smile and a "heyyyy" from him :) He was also taking some pictures, but not with everyone and I was one of the unlucky ones who didn't get one :( It wasn't his fault though. He didn't hear me when I asked him if I could have a pic so I very slightly lifted up my camera so he would see (very nicely btw NOT forcefully at all) but Dean just grabbed my hand and pushed it down. The girls on either side of me got pics so I don't know what Dean's problem was with me but oh well. Maybe next time.

Reese looked absolutely beautiful. She's so petite! She was smiling a lot and taking her time signing things for everyone. However, I do know that there was an area that she didn't get around to and that's where some of the people who camped were. Luckily she did get around to me but I didn't get to say anything to her because there was a screaming idiot behind me and her boyfriend kept trying to climb over everyone to get Reese's signature. Her bodyguard told him to stop it and Reese just glanced at the guy, pursed her lips and moved on. Good riddance.

Christoph was really relaxed and his bodyguard was too. He was the only one who I could actually talk to (by that I mean Christoph, not the bodyguard lol). I said hello to him, he said hello back. I said "It's so nice to meet you" and he replied "It's very nice to meet you too" and smiled really big. Then he asked me and the girls next to me if we'd seen the movie. I said not yet, they said yes. He asked them how they liked it, they said they thought it was really good, to which he replied "I'm glad" then moved on. He was lovely to us :)

Overall I really enjoyed the entire event even if I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't get a pic with Rob. I still saw him and that's what counts right? :D He looked great and seemed really happy. And you guys guessed right about him choosing navy for London lol

Pics coming up next :)
