#Winnipeg, The Phoenix source has indicated that the NHL has secured financing to keep the Coyotes in PHX. While another source from Winnipeg, in the planning of municipal services, has indicated that the police are to spontaneously cordon off Main st and Portage on Friday April 29th. That operation is due to the NHL making an announcement on Friday that Winnipeg is getting their franchise back. I will try to confirm as soon as I can and keep you updated...
