1. Gaddafi forces continued launching Russian made Grad misseles at Misrata causing heavy damage to hit houses and killing 20 people, five of which are Egyptians. There is a warning by the Thuwwar of a possible carnage that might happen and appealed to NATO to step in and bomb the forces in the open outside Misrata.



2. Libyan deputy foreign minister(Pro-G) accused Qatar of sending French made anti-tank missiles to the Thuwwar called Milan. He also said the snipers in Misrata are from Hizbullah and the west knows that, he said.



2. The Thuwwar chased Gaddafi on the west side of Misrata and captured 10 of them and destroyed four tanks for them.



3. Four strong explosions were heard in Tripoli today while sounds of planes was in the skies there. NATO later on announced that it bombed ammunition storages in Tripoli.



4. Fighting continued between Gaddafi forces and the Thuwwar in Ajdabiya.



5. Reports by the Thuwwar indicate that female snipers from Columbia are brought into Misrata at a $1000/day rate. None has been captured yet to verify the report.



6. Clinton today said that NATO members should work on unifying their stands toward the Libyan issue.



7. Clinton said that Washington will continue to support NATO's efforts in Libya. She strongly condemned the atrocities against the Libyan people. The Pentagon also announced that its planes still take role in bombing Gaddafi anti-aircraft sites.



8. The UN and EU called for the departure of Gaddafi.



9. The French foreign minister said that France at this time does not favor arming the Thuwwar.



10. Libyan scholar Sheikh Sadeq Al-Gharani sent out a video message recorded from Tripoli to Gaddafi forces telling them that it is an Islamic duty on them to support the besieged town instead of bombing them. He also addressed the Western tribes and encouraged them to join the revolution stating that this revolution is against aggression and is not directed against certain tribes.



11. Still everyone is calling for NATO to bomb seriously around Misrata and Al-Jabal Al-Akhdar.



12. NATO said today it needs more planes to carry its operations.



13. Senator John McCain called for resumption of US bombing in Libya saying that NATO lacks the capabilities to carry out the mission. He said when we hand the operations to NATO it means we are handing them to countries with limited capabilities. He said that the British and the French do not have the right means the US has to make shift the situation in favor of the Thuwwar. He still said that there should be no ground troops involved.



14. The French foreign minister encouraged Washington to review its decisions about the participation in the operations in Libya and is encouraging them to ge back.



15. The Brick countries today (Russia, China, India, Brazil, and South Africa) denounced the bombing of Libya by NATO.
