On 29Mar11,a 33% RPS passed in CA. This landmark renewables law means CA will get 1/3rd of its electricity from greener energy by 2020! Gov. J. Brown has 12 days from day it moves to his desk (yesterday) to sign. It takes effect immed. w/% req'd ramping up to 33% by 2020.
