CLEVELAND HOUSE (OF BLUES) PARTY UPDATE – DINNER & DRINKS! Everyone who has purchased a ticket to Cleveland MUST respond (or I'll just keep bugging you, haha)

My dinner plans are:

I will be PRE-PURCHASING a dinner ticket (instructions below - Everyone who purchases dinner tickets will be entered into our drawing for door prizes!)

I won't be purchasing dinner but will be attending from 7-9pm to socialize

I won't be attending the dinner portion of the event – I'll arrive at 9pm for the concert


My drink plans:

I will be PRE-PURCHASING drink tickets (instructions below)

I will buy a non-alcoholic beverage at the bar (will NOT go toward our food/drink minimum)


My hotel plans:

I reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Airport (NOT PREPAID), but I intend to switch hotels (please let me know so that I can tell them to take rooms off our block. They've been so nice to us, I want to be courteous in return)

Drink tickets: $7.50 each (includes tax & tip)

I will send you a receipt listing your choices. Please print this and bring it with you to the party. I will also have your purchases on our check-in list and will be giving you your food & drink tickets at the door.


*PLEASE NOTE: There will be a cash bar available for soft drinks and additional alcohol purchases, however these sales will NOT go toward our food/drink minimum. It's a good back-up option, but please purchase some drink tickets if you believe you will want alcohol. I will let everyone know when/if our food/drink pre-sale minimum has been met. If everyone spent $40, we would meet our minimum sales requirement, however I know some people will not be able to contribute this amount. Please purchase as you are able. Thank you for “sharing the burden” with me!
