Calling innovative Social Media types;

I met with our Deputy Chief Constable this morning to discuss how we can use social media better, to allow the public to really engage with us.

I spoke to him about our use of Twitter, blogs, facebook, and interacting with hyperlocal sites.

He is really keen that we take this work forwards, so I thought I would ask you what you would want to see from West Midlands Police, what we do well, what we need to improve on etc.

There is an open door here, and I would like to be as innovative as possible. I want to involve the social media users of the West Midlands (and further) in helping us to understand what is possible and influencing our output in the future.
