So I actually went on LexisNexis and accessed the legal dictionary:
Sexual Assault: The indecent conduct of a man toward a woman or child or of a man toward another man, accompanied by the threat or danger of physical suffering or injury or inducing fear, shame, humiliation, and mental anguish. 6 Am J2d Asslt & B � 24. The act of a man in taking indecent liberties with a woman, as where he indecently fondles her without her consent. Walker v State, 132 Ala 11, 31 So 557.
