this Herc scenario is going to be a major revelation/eye opener for many of you watching from the outside. i see lots of expectations from many of you with eyes on "rich rappers". which naturally makes me wonder how long of a coma have we been in. i hope yall dont get twisted the tale tails of urban griotism and barbershop talk and nice video budgets for real life. half the rappers yall think yall know are hand to mouthing it still.
the aspirational loving suckers we are gobble it all up cause of course when nothing else is left in our personal lives..all we got is a dream and if not our own dreams we invest in someone else's dreams.
THIS is why UNIVERSAL healthcare is such a crucial issue.(damnit ahmir wont you and obama get a room already---i can hear the groans now) now for those who are crying "HERC HERC HERC BILLS BILLS BILLS" --i must ask. KNOWING there are congressmen who oppose and support the repeal of the healthcare plan---where were yall during the midterm elections when we needed the votes to secure it staying intact?

in closing expecting "rich rappers" (im wondering who will just have the balls to tweet the words shawn and carter together--instead of "rich rappers" cause come on now....who is really being talked about when i read "rich rappers need to help herc"
i mean the idea is nice.
but i don't expect jay z to respond every time the hip hop bat signal comes a calling.
now if you talking about record labels that built INDUSTRIES and wealth off of hip hop i'd see a semi point.....
