25th Jan 2011 from Twitlonger

January 25, 2011 - Bitcartel Software updates the premier iPhone photo privacy app, CameraSafe, to version 1.4, with support for the open source .aes file format so encrypted photos can be decrypted using freely available tools on any computer. To celebrate EU Privacy Day 2011 on January 28th, simply follow and tweet @camerasafe on Twitter, or e-mail support@camerasafeapp.com, to obtain one of 50 free copies.

CameraSafe lets you easily protect your valuable and secret photos from prying eyes and data thieves. If your iPhone is lost or stolen, your photos remain private and cannot be viewed by anybody. Your most important photos deserve the most secure protection.

To help enhance and strengthen privacy protection for users, in December 2010, CameraSafe teamed up with Fuzzy Aliens based in Oxford, England. Fuzzy Aliens are Mac/iOS security experts, and author of Wiley's 'Professional Cocoa Application Security' book.
