The recent article is about the Korean Producers' Union not KFPCAI. They've issued a statement siding with SM and saying that it would be worrying if the court issued a judgment nullifying DBSK's contract. Essentially, they're trying to indirectly influence the court's ruling in SM's favour.

Cecilia, I think this is a good time to put Twitter to use. Spread the word for people to write in to the Korean ministry of Justice, the court and the Korean ministry of culture opposing this statement:
