Info from AO re: physical copies of Acoustic Live!

I contacted someone at Sony to see why the status of my order says "sold out" and when I can expect shipment, since I am giving the EP's as holiday gifts AND placed my order within about 5 minutes of when they were available on the site for preorder. This was the response I got:

I'm sorry for any confusion. Your Orders are placed successfully and are active. The Website is not yet updated. At this time, the Order's status is backordered. The item will be shipped as soon as more arrives from manufacturing. However, at this point of time, we do not have the information regarding the time frame for the availability.

I guess you can say that I'm not hopeful... :(
