Re: @AshleyMGreene hatred:

Don't like a celebrity? Fine. It's your right to have that opinion. Wishing them to commit suicide, be raped, and/or murdered? UNCALLED FOR!

The idea that a group of people deem it OK to create accounts wishing for someone to die, to encourage others to do the same, sickens me. Were you born without a moral compass? God forbid something actually happens to her. Then what? You've won? All is right in the world?

Please remember that there is a human being with feelings at the end of that tweet. How would you feel if somebody suddenly started a campaign wishing the worst for you? Or wishing the worst for a member of your family?

If you still think that accounts and tweets like these are OK, please refer to the legal information @TwilightPoison posted on such a matter:

"Food for thought: http://tinyurl.com/2g8mff8 People have been arrested for harassing famous people on Twitter. Think before you tweet."

"That man created a Twitter profile to harass a reporter. He was arrested and had to post $3,500 bail. He faces 1 yr in jail + $4,000 fine."

"You're not as anonymous as you think you are. If someone makes a formal complaint, Twitter can and will hand over your IP in a heartbeat."

"An arrest warrant affidavit states that an SAPD detective can secure a grand jury subpoena & a court order to obtain the user's IP address"

"The new law makes it illegal to send e-mails, texts or communicate through social networking sites if the intent is to harm or intimidate."

THINK before you tweet.
