@paul_henman Not sure what to suggest. I have over 90 images in my Flickr export collection and when I made a Smart Collection with those criteria it worked for me. You might want to ask here: http://bit.ly/L-L-L

BTW, I do use Jeffrey Friedl's Flickr plugin (http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/flickr) rather than the integral Lightroom one, but I don't see how that would make a difference.
