Important to clarify one thing: My ESPN tweet in no way should suggest @jksports is liar or lied to me. He's a good man and good at his job, an advocate for all things ESPN, and we have since talked.
We disagree on MANY things and many approaches with sports media stuff but I don't want people thinking he's dishonest. He's not. I've known him for a long time.
I do stand by what I tweeted and I think reasonable people can see the style with which it was written (perhaps I should have referenced another film). But important to clarify things when colleagues and bosses are reading.
I now return to my previously scheduled off-line life, already in progress. More Die Hard references in the future, for sure.
