Craig Ferguson has now officially preformed at Carnegie Hall in New York. Not as the opening for someone.... not in someone else's act. HE preformed HIS standup there. Craig Ferguson, you made it. Standup-wise at least.

Not just anyone can preform there. I saw a video. Bravo to the crowd. Nice and loud for our Scotsman. He was so alive. In fact, Jeff and Chris (his backup dancers, as it were) were alive to. But it was Craig's night to shine. And he sure did.

My words to Craig, now. Take your time to bask in this glory. Drink it in and bathe in it. Savor it and love it. Now... go and top it. We all know you can and you want to. Show people what hard work and a little luck can do for you.

From Dumpster to Carnegie. Thank that can be title for your next autobiography.

So proud and happy for you, man. (And it's even doubled since I'm reading some more from American On Purpose now, so fresh on my mind the struggles it took.)

Craig, we love you. And as fans will always be here and support you from movies to television to standup to writing and anything else you try.
