I personally blame the client patchers creating custom patches to access Cata content; Blizzard apparently doesn't like people using custom patches for that kind of stuff. Troof was onto something when he said that he didn't like the Model Editing/Client Patching forums when they first opened.
Khell didn't use any donation funds for malicious purposes since I've heard that some people who donated shortly before the server closed got their donations back - plus, how would Blizzard know what's going on in Khell's PayPal account?
