What a well-thought out and polite message! Here's the deal:

I have absolutely no ability to influence anything until we get to Japan. Luckily, we are getting there a few days early. That means that I will be able to get this sorted out at least before the day of the show. I can't say with certainty that we can get you priority seating, but I can very firmly insist that you do. After all, priority (although not guaranteed) is a major perk of buying a VIP pass and obviously underscores the whole "very important" part of the package.

So I will do what I can. Now some facts:

- We will start the meet and greet earlier from now on to accommodate the increase in size.

- Anyone who is part of another Meet & Greet that did not purchase VIP passes is not included in your Meet & Greet, so you don't have to worry about the number of people ever exceeding 50.

- Do not contact the promoter further. The fan club is on our end and they have nothing to do with it. Nothing good will come from pestering them, and it's entirely possible that our chances to get you priority seating will dwindle simply because the promoter has grown annoyed by the situation.

So, I will do everything in my power (which I hope is considerable) to get you all in the front. I really can't say whether it'll happen until I get to the venue and talk to the staff there, but I'd put the odds of success at over 50%. As soon as I know anything, I will be blasting the news out via the fansite, my Twitter account, and the @adamlambertfans account.

Bear with me here and keep your fingers crossed. Now back to my vacation....
