I have a theory about presidents and golf:
They reached the pinnacle of their professional lives with election to the presidency, but golf doesn't show them the same respect, and it exasperates them.
All the skills that enabled them to persuade a nation to trust the with the greatest gift it can offer, doesn't help them on the golf course. And it's frustrating - so they keep trying in the hopes of unlocking the secret of the links.
That concludes this edition of amateur psychologist.
