New York Rep Peter King says profiling will not work. I strongly disagree. Rep King says that racial profiling will not work because of home grown terrorists. Profiling does not mean race only. El Al starts the profiling process from the time tickets are bought.
Like a 3 day waiting period on buying a gun, the TSA (POS agency) would start the process of a background check on the purchaser.
How does race or religion get discriminated this way? Now if the terrorist is a Tim McVea, he can be checked out before he gets in the plane.
As it stands, the airlines are losing profit (which I'm sure Obummer really wants), and Americans are losing their 4th Amendment rights (which I'm sure Obummer really wants).
