To whom it may concern,
It has come to my attention that you have printed lies within your newspaper on Saturday June 5th.
The article in question was in regards to Nick Jonas. You stated that he tweeted '' are any of you guys gonna be waiting at heathrow terminal 1 for me to arrive''. however as an avid Jonas and twitter fan, Myself and many others quickly noticed your lies. It appears to many of us that you sourced your information based on a tweet posted by a fake twitter account @MRNJJonas , It seems to me incredibly irresponsible that you have failed to cheak your sources correctly.
If you were to have correctly sourced your information you would see that the real Nick Jonas has a verified twitter account, @NickJonas confirming his validity.
I would like to remind you of the defamation, libel and slander laws - If an article produced can be seen as either defamatory or damaging, the onus will be entirely on you to prove that your comments are true in court. In other words, if you make the claim, you've got to prove it.
Therefore It would be taken kindly if you were to post an apology within your next issue, stating that the above discussed article has now been found to be untrue, and it was solely you writers and or researches fault and you will ensure that problems such as this will not arise again.
